Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., personalised products, perishable goods, sale items) are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at geoff@electronincantation.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
